HOW CAN I BE SURE YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

We have years of experience in both domestic and commercial jobs and our previous work speaks for itself. From small patches, to large, multi apartment refurbs, we have completed work to the highest level. Team members have full CSCS and NVQ qualifications and have references to speak to the quality of our work.

WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?

Although no one can guarantee in this industry that there wont be issues, we strive to provide an accurate quote and time frame for works to be completed. This comes through a thorough site visit to your home or space where we accurately diagnose any issues and then work out correct time scales and budgets. Communication throughout the project ensures that if there are any issues, that you are immediately made aware so there are no surprises.

HOW LONG DO I LEAVE THE PLASTER BEFORE I CAN PAINT IT?

With the most commonly used Gypsum plasters, the drying time is around 3 - 5 days but if possible, we always advise you wait for a week. The plaster should cure and turn a light pink colour and be very slightly powdery to the touch. All plasters then require a mist coat before painting. There are many factors that might extend the drying time but we will always advise on a case by case basis once a job is finished.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO PLASTER MY ROOM?

The cost of plastering any area depends on what needs to be done, the size of the room and any added complexity, such as access. A simple patch of a leak, will cost less than overboarding a ceiling and skimming a whole room due to additional materials and the time taken to complete the work. We work with you to provide an accurate quote before works are undertaken.

HOW WILL YOU KEEP MY SPACE CLEAN AND TIDY?

Cleanliness is something that we take very seriously. We always say that the preparation of a space before plastering is as important as the work itself and no matter how good our work is, if your home or space is left a mess, then we have failed. We always ask for furniture to be moved and once we arrive will cover all carpets, woodwork and furniture in both plastic wrap and sheeting. Once we have finished all areas will be cleaned down and vacuumed and your space handed back to you as clean, if not cleaner than when we started.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Again, this depends on the work that is being undertaken. However, we always try and provide you with an accurate timescale for completion of works and once work has started, communicate with you regularly on our progress and estimated completion.

DO YOU PLASTER OVER CEILINGS?

Yes, we undertake plastering works of all types, from small patches, to walls, and ceilings. No job is too big or too small. Let us come and diagnose the problem, and we can then provide a no obligation quote and work with you to ensure that your space is transformed.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

We cover the North West of England, in particular, Cheshire and the Greater Manchester region. We are based in Stockport so most of our work is completed in this area but we are more than happy to travel. For the right jobs, we will travel nationwide so if you have a project, then get in touch and we can accomodate.
